Blankless helps you turn a short emotional fragment into a printable visual page. Because the app works with personal-feeling text, we try to keep the data we collect limited, practical, and understandable.
What you type
When you generate a page, the text you enter is sent to our backend so the app can validate the input, estimate a mood, and create your preview or PDF.
Your submitted text is processed to generate the page. We do not intentionally store the full text you type in our analytics database.
Use of AI processing
Blankless may send your submitted text to an AI service to determine whether the text expresses an inner state and to classify the mood used for page generation.
Please do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider, such as highly sensitive personal details, secrets, passwords, financial information, medical records, or information about other people.
Analytics we collect
We may use privacy-focused website analytics tools, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand basic site traffic and page usage. These tools help us see things like page visits, browser/device information, and general usage patterns.
We collect basic usage events to understand whether the app is working and where people get stuck. These events may include:
- page viewed
- whether a preview was generated
- whether a PDF or PNG was exported
- validation or generation failures
- selected or inferred mood, when available
- the length of the text you entered, not the text itself
- technical request details such as IP address, browser/user agent, and referring page
Error monitoring
We may use error monitoring tools to detect crashes, failed requests, and performance problems. These tools can collect technical information about your browser, device, request, and error context. This helps us keep Blankless working.
Downloads
When you export a PNG or PDF, the file is generated for you to download. Blankless does not create user accounts or provide a saved gallery of your generated pages.
What we do not currently do
- We do not require an account.
- We do not intentionally store your full emotional text in analytics.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not provide this as therapy, diagnosis, or medical care.
Data retention
Basic analytics and technical logs may be retained so we can understand usage, debug problems, and improve the app. Since Blankless is an early project, retention practices may change as the app matures.
Your choices
You can choose not to enter sensitive text. You can also use vague, symbolic, or partial language. The app only needs enough emotional texture to generate a page.
